The App is a photo analysis tool that enables users to analyze portrait photos using advanced neural network technology to estimate the age of individuals depicted in the photos.
To do this, the app uploads the photos you select to Amazon Rekognition.
During the analysis on the Amazon Rekognition Cloud servers the photos are temporarily cached and deleted immediately afterwards.
The photos you upload through the App are solely used for the purpose of age detection and are not utilized for any other purposes beyond providing you with the age-detection feature of the App.
When you use the App, we may collect data about you, which may encompass:
The images you submit while using the App (If you have given us authorization to access your device's camera or camera roll). We only retrieve the specific images you select for analysis within the App; we do not gather your entire photo collection even if you grant us permission to access it. It is important to note that although we do not request or require any metadata associated with the photos you upload, certain metadata (such as geotags) may be automatically attached to your photos. We take measures to remove any metadata associated with the photos you provide through the App.
Information regarding your usage of the App, including details on how you engage with the App and interact with us, such as your language preferences, the initial installation date and time, and the most recent usage date and time.
Information concerning your device, which includes details such as the type and version of your mobile device's operating system, the manufacturer and model of your device, unique identifiers like device ID and push tokens, browser type, screen resolution, IP address (and the corresponding country where you are located), and other relevant information regarding the device you are utilizing to access the App.
Data related to your online activities, encompassing details about your interactions and behaviors within the App. This includes information about the specific pages or screens you accessed, the duration of time spent on each page or screen, the paths taken between pages or screens, activity details while on a page or screen, access timestamps, and the overall duration of your usage. Our service providers, as well as certain third parties such as online advertising networks and their clients, may also gather this type of information over time and across various third-party websites and mobile applications. We may collect this information directly or through the utilization of third-party software development kits (SDKs). These SDKs may enable third parties to directly collect information from our App.
The sole purpose of utilizing the photographs you provide through the App is to offer you the age calculation feature, and we do not employ these photographs for any other purposes whatsoever.

We uphold strict confidentiality and do not disclose user photographs or videos to any third parties, except in the case of uploading an image to Amazon Rekognition to enable the age calculation functionality within the App. However, we may share your non-photograph and non-video information under the following circumstances:

If you choose to opt out of targeted advertisements, you will still see advertisements online but they may not be relevant to you. Even if you do choose to opt-out, not all companies that serve online behavioural advertising are included in this list, so you may still receive some cookies and tailored advertisements from companies that are not listed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and device identifiers, and for controlling access to communications between you and the App, at all times. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.
With respect to non-photograph information that we may collect, we will retain such information in a personally identifiable format only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we have set out in this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy. We may, and if required by law, will, provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as through the App.
